Bad service

Ive phoned on the 9th of the month to sort out the problem. They logged a query about that and i have not heard anything yet. Today i phoned them again and again. But still no anwer to the problem. The problem is, that somehow mtn added insurance to my acc which i did not apply or ask for. It started 2 months ago. An still struggling to get it off my acc and and every time i phone mtn they come up with excuses. Sort it out please. Im tired being patient.
