Bad service!!

MTN south Africa bad service ever!!! I have been trying to call them the whole day trying to cancel an order that is supposed to be delivered tomorrow ..they don't even pick up their phone!!! One of their sales team sold me a wrong product. I wanted home WiFi which is unlimited and the guy sold me uncapped data which gets finished,you call them they call pick up their phones my R150 airtime gone!!!! Trying to get hold of them
