BAD SERVICE

I have a complaint againts MTN yesterday I called thei call centre to blacklist my lost cell phone and the person who was helping me Elroy by the name said he is unable to blacklist my phone and he will transfer the queirie to his manager and they will call me back for my ITC number. Till know no one called me and i even went to their store and they told me their is nothing they can do from their side to blacklist the phone. The worse part when i tried to contact their contract call centre number the line keep cutting me off. <br> <br> I am really dissapointed with MTN for the fact that I am still waiting for the ITC number they promised to call me even know no one has done that. That totally show that thy dont care about their customers they care about money and calling the person about upgrading only not to sort out the problems of the customers.
