Bad service

I was charged very high out of bundle rates which raised my contract bill from R1 500.00 to R4 136.00. I asked that my contract be moved to be a top up on 13 April 2015. i was charged R1600.00 for 1Gig data. <br> The following month the same thing happened, i couldn't query because you were on strike. now this month the same thing happened. I phoned in to resolve this but I'm being sent from pillar to post. I now have two reference numbers and no help. *** and ***.
