Bad Service

On the 12 Dec 2019 I Lodge or submitted claim to MTN Insurance. After making several follow up regarding the progress of the claim I was told that claim went for further investigations. I tried to request to speak to the team leaders regarding this matter ND every time their are busy. Yesterday wen I make a follow up again. I ****k to officially Lady by the Name of katlego. She confirmed that the number being used in not insured number, also she mentioned that I Was using, blackberry, Nokia not insured phone. Lastly she assured That she will contact me Before the end of the business or in the morning regarding the feedback even today I haven't heard anything from them. All the agellations is not true ND I want feedback as soon as possible or either I take this matter to my legal team. I regret to take cover with MTN Insurance.
