BAd service

In January 2015 I went to the branch to cancel one off my contracts I gave them a letter with my company letter head as the required to say it must be canceled. To day I went back for the 4 time because it still isn't canceled. But the lady have a bad attitude didn't even try to greet me just look at me and going on with other work. I gave her me telephone nr and ask here to call me back but the same as the other times didn't. I also ask her how is the owner off the branch so I can contact him/ her but se tells me she don't know how is the owner . I want to know from January till this date how is going to pay me back my money total of R1442.00 for all the rent that was collect from me for the contract that I don't use and what canceled
