BAD SERVICE
My phone was ****** on the 26 June 2015 I sent all my documentation to the MTN Insurnance the 03/07/15, 07/07/15 and again the 15/07/2015, Its supposed to take 48 hours for someone to get back to me, I complained on Hello Peter already and only got a reference number, I have been trying to contact them on *** but if you need to speak to a consultant the phone gets cut off. HOW MUCH LONGER DO I HAVE TO STRUGGLE TO GET HOLD OF YOU?????? I AM SO MAD!!! IF SOMEONE CAN'T HELP ME URGENTLY I WANT ALL MY INSTALMENTS BACK FROM THE INSURANCE I PAID AND I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT, but I cant even do that because no one is answering my requests.
