Bad service
I was handed over by Nashua to MTN in October 2014. All went well until May 2015 when MTN suspended my service due to a credit limit problem. This has happened for three months now and after speaking to customer care on numerous occasions cannot get the problem sorted. Was told that this is due to the strike and shortage of staff and I was also told that all I need to do each time I get suspended is to call 808 and I will get reconnected - I can't believe this. Can this problem be sorted ASAP.
