BAD SERVICE

MTN has bad custumer service ever. Nobody cares about customer queries. No replies nothing. No assistance of whatever nature. One can tell they are short staffed, their AI is worse. If 4th industrialisation comes with such inconveniences well thanks God I'm leaving this network. I have never been this ****ed and dissatisfied. MTN has failed its customers after over ten years I've using this network now simple assistance can not be attended to promptly.
