Bad service

Complaint. MTN customer service is pathetic. I have a contract with Mtn and the service I got on 06 March from Three consultants was very unprofessional.

I made an Arrangement with one of the consultant to debit an amount but they debited more then the agreement amount . I call in to confirm how did they come out to that account. And the consultants goes further to say on their side they can't see anything.

when I ask how do they mean by they can't see anything on their side.Then they drop the call three times in a row.
