Bad Service

I bought a router on the 28 August 2024, It did not work. I returned it to the store. I was told to come fetch it and phone coverage at where the router will be working, I did. Its loosing network. I took it back in on the 29 August 2024. Mtn coverage are still investigating. Money is deducted in my account while the router is in their store, its been a month now. Router is at MTN Baywest Mall, Port Elizabeth.

I have been patient enough, mind you this is not my first router and I have other devices with them.
