BAD SERVICE

Since inception i have been experiencing bad service from these people. First they lie to me about my cell phone being insured until my phone fell and they billed me i then learnt my cell phone was not insured at all and that i was **** to for a quick sale by the sales lady.

I cannot stand the fact that they provide such poor service.

I requested that they change my banking details via email and they still have not as such i pay them late and my service gets suspended due to late payment which i understand but initially its their damn fault i work 24 7 and cannot get to them on time.

FINALLY my contract end 24June 2015!!!! i have decided to pay them in advance an look at what the stupid fools do they suspend my service again for paying them in advance.

They fugged up so now i get punished for paying late and in advance .
NO one can help me at any MTN store , what to do???? i have a phone that does not work cannot do anything
They don't even notify me as to why or tell me that the account is paid up so they have to put the contract sim off. they could at-least tell me or change my sim card to pre-paid .
PLEASE HELP> MTN should be fined for bad service.

Hello nicoledekock1234,

We do apologize for any inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.

In order for us to resolve the matter with the insurance policy not being activated on your account, we will need for you to confirm if you signed an insurance application form and provide with a copy thereof. This can then be sent to *** and we'll take it up with our Insurance Department.

We've also now checked the SMS history of us notifying you of outstanding payments and we can confirm for the month of May 2015 we sent you a total of 9 messages including confirmation of the payment arrangement that was done.

On the 29th of May 2015 your payment of R417.81 was due and the payment was not received up until the 4th of June 2015. This is how the SIM card was suspended for outgoing calls.

We can now confirm that the account is active. Your contract has expired on the 4th of June 2015 and running on a month to month basis until such time you request a cancellation/deactivation or a prepaid migration or renew the contract.

Once again we do apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Regards
Tim
