Bad Service

<p>My husand's phone got ****** at traffic light, he managed to get to MTN Century City to have his line blocked and the phone black listed and to do a sim swop. Since yesterday he has not been able to have his new reconnected it still tells him is line is suspended. the phone up till now after numerous calls has not been black listed. To not have the phone black listed is really bad as that phone has been sold and used by someone else and should be blacklisted. He then had another sim card activated successful, and loaded 1 GID data, and it is still not loaded. Really this is the worst service ever experienced.</p>
