bad service

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">signed a contract with MTN on the 12th of April. Received my iphone 7 but theres no service. Since today it hasnt been available. I did my contract at 135 Rivonia Road MTN shop and was assisted by Mina Meyers. I had explained to Miss Meyers that i was on prepaid and lost my phone. She reassured me that she would make things happen for mw but i'm still sitting with a beautifil phone with no service. Called the contact centre and went to an Mtn Shop in Protea Glen Mall and was advised thar my phone is still on prepaid and contract. They cant do anything!!! Now i privately contacted Miss Meyers and she ignores my calls. Is this a Brand ambassdor for MTN? Im tired and just want my number back available on networ**** </span></p>
