Bad service
<p>Went to Mtn to do upgrade and I was told that they don't have signal due to rain and to do upgrade it will take time coz I was there @17:47 I've decided to port my number to other network I am not happy with the service @all I am closing this contract </p>

As per our telephonic conversation please note that the issue regarding the service at Maponya Mall will be escalated to the store manager accordingly. You can on the other hand proceed to Jabulani Mall to process the upgrade as you have mentioned to me over the phone.
