Bad service

<p>I had a problem with my WiFi and decided to buy airtime and convert it to data, i however got my WiFi fixed and called MTN to reverse that data back to airtime and was told it cannot be done, i was refused a service and whoses supposed to assist me if the call center cannot. The Agents name was Maxine Jones and the supervisor who refused to come to the line is Mr Phillimone Matsimela .
