Bad service

<p>Hello</p> <p> </p> <p>I once had a contract with Mtn in 2014 and lost my job in the same year however could not continue paying my monthly subs. when i managed to get some funds to settle my outstandings they gave me an amount which i made and was never told that i have to complete a form to cancel once i settled my monies with them that was after a 24 months of this contract. Now i have been placed on ITC and i have phoning and going to the Mtn service providers non of them seems to be able to assist me. I keep on getting different story about me owing mtn monies and another story is i owe nothing. its been over 4month already me chasing them and getting nothing. I cant even open anything in terms of accounts because they are not helping me settling this issue.</p>
