Bad service

<p>Since technology has impoved but MTN is still stucked with faxes. Since 30 november i've been trying to send a fax to unblock the phone with MTN. there's always an error and they never went through. i've been calling them everyday and they give a different fax number each day and all have errors. i even asked my husband and my friends to fax for me with no luck. yesterday after so much hustle they finally gave an email address of which when i called today they can't retrieve the emails, Thandeka promised to look for it and get back to me ofwhich she never called. i called again and Andile Mvuyana promised to get me her manager with no luck. is there at least one responsible person in this company to assist? i just need to unlbock the phone, is it that difficult or too much to ask?</p>
