bad service

<p>The consultant **** to me saying she's selling the phone on black Fridays price and she would get in trouble if anyone found out I wanted a p8 lite she told me the is no stock then she brought me a g7 Huawei white one and I wanted a black she then said she can order it but the price won't be the same as it is black Fridays price . I came back the manager wasn't there so they couldn't refund me but I got one of the staff to write that I did come back and he signed it very disappointed as now the consultant tells me they don't take phones back if this is the way they lie to people and say we can return it if we can't I don't want this phone anymore I want a refund as we all have our writes to return purchases within 7days they opened the box and put my SIM in I didn't ask them to do it.</p> <p> </p>
