Bad service

<p>I send my phone in for screen repair in August 2016 which was replaced in september and had to pay in an access free of R150. I collect the new handset on the 8th of september, only to find out that , the replaced handset has a speaker problem which I toke the handset back to the MTN repiar centre. The MTN insurance has now given me a claim amount of R11,274.84 which i can't get handset of the value and still have to pay an access of R350 on top of that R150 access i has already paid. Now i cant get a phone and still paying for phone plus insurance for a phine i don't have.</p>
