Bad service

<p>My Account was handed over to legal for non payment and no contact was made to inform me. I found out when I wanted to upgrade. My number was already recycled. They said I can only pay to their outsourced recovery company and I did so on the 27/10/2016. I even paid more than they required. Till today, legal dept cannot update the information on their system to enable sales to assist me. I have been to their head office many times without help and it is just frastrating. </p>
