Bad Service

<p>My cellphone is due for an upgrade and various stores including mtn's upgrade department is picking up the same error not enabling them to process my upgrade. So far nobody has assissted me or contacted me. Various consultants are ignoring my calls. The situation has been escalated and still I have recieved no response. Its been two weeks now. </p>
