Bad service

<p>I claimed for a cracked screen ,its been 2 months.after my post I got a message saying my device is been booked I will be called by the collection dep (courihellopeter it has been over a month since the message.my fondepfoneh even not working properly now,how much longer will I be waiting? With the 6yrs I have been you mtn I must say I want nothing to do with it after this bad service</p> <p>I pleaded for an early upgrade with my other number since this was useless to me you refused (have 3 contract numbers with u) pay ontime eontimeh time</p> <p>Bye bye our road will end at the end of each contract lapse.</p>
