Bad service

In May 2016, I realized that MTN billed me R1083, 00 for an account which someone has **********ly opened in my name. I immediately went to MTN Phalaborwa store on 27 May 2016 to lodge a ********** query and was instructed to submit an affidavit and ID copy which I reluctantly provided. I was assured that my query would be resolved within 7 working days. On 1st of June 2016 based from previous bad experiences with MTN, I made a follow-up from the 808 and I was assured and given a reference number that my query would be resolved within 7 working days. On 09 June 2016 ( 7 working days) I made a follow-up to check if the ********** account had been closed or not and was told that it was closed. I queried that if it was closed why I had not received the refunded money yet and was told that I should provide first give MTN with go-ahead to refund the money or leave it in my MTN account. I asked Siboniseni on behalf of MTN to refund the money to my account which I verified and she told me that within 7 working days that money would be refunded. Skeptical as I am with MTN I called 808 to make a follow-up and spoke to Thobikile Khuzwayo who told me no such agreement that I should be refunded exist and she would be only logging the query today. Furthermore, she requested my banking details which by the time I was bit reluctant to provide as I had already provided them to Siboniseni who by all accounts did not assist me. In addition, I wanted to find out my query for the 9th was not lodged and she adamantly insisted that the query was not lodged. I argued that I did instruct Siboniseni to refund the money to my account and she assured me that within 7 working days the money would be refunded into my account. Concurrently, as Thobikile was adamant that no such agreement exist I requested the copy of the conversation which as expect she told it was allowed. By the time I was fuming with anger, I demanded to speak to her supervisor whom she was reluctant to give me her name. After, a lengthy time of being put on hold the supervisor Emma Marais kindly tried to explain how does the process of lodging a query with MTN works. At the time, I was not interested in listening on how MTN does things. I asked her why the query for refund was not lodged and why should I trust her now. She assured me that she would listen to the audio and would come back to me LATTER today..
