Bad service

I called on Monday for an early upgrade and I was told I owe R8.32 cents because my debit had failed. I had cancelled my debit on the 30/3/2016 and was paying via EFT.

The agent sent an email to the retentions team for the early upgrade and told me I had to wait 24for a response and told me to pay the outstanding amount. I called Customer Service and was told there is a note on my account for the 30/3/2016 saying I want to cancel my debit but it was not. The agent said he will forward my query to accounts to resolve. I paid the amount anyway as I did not want anything to stand in the way of my early upgrade.

Now more than 48 hours after my first call and after many follow up calls I have still not received any response from the retentions team. To top it off the agent I spoke to on the 7/6/2016 after 3pm who had promised that she will email retentions and cc her supervisor, did not do anything. This is according to Nohlanthla who I spoked to today. Nohtlanthla promised to email me the reference number and didn't bother to email me.

I'm disgusted at the lies and lack of service
