Bad service

Good day

I send my Samsung tablet in for repairs in February due to it freezing occasionally when entering the pin other than that the tablet worked perfectly. I paid the repair fee of R814.36 and received it back. The tablet immediately started indicating \insert sim\" when it went into standby mode and i had to continually remove the sim and place it back for the tablet to work. i went the day after this (1st time using it since repairs) to the Gateway MTN where the lady said we need to upgrade my sim which was done. Hours later inserting the new sim the tablet purely indicated no sim. I took it back where the sim was tested and said it was the device. Back home i went to my MTN and booked it back in to receive a repair quote of R2 270.65 which i said no to as this was how i received the device back without it ever having a sim card reading error! The manager advised that if i dont pay the service charge the device will be sold! I phoned the repair centrum 2 weeks ago and was promised that someone will phone - never happened. I am indeed reluctant to pay for a repair which was not my cause nor for the device to be sold after paying 2 years for it and being a customer for years"
