Bad service

I don’t know how many calls and emails I’ve sent to email and reviews that I wrote against them still no body called me. I’ve signed the contract with the with an agreement that they will debit R720 every months.

MTN is billing me more that the agreement and when I requested the copy of the call the team leader I spoke to said it will be made available to me within 24 hours now it is 30 days waiting for the copy of the call. Monday they will bill me again more I know.

Taking a contract with MTN was the bad disgusting decision I’ve ever made in my whole entire life the service sticks
