Bad service

Everytime i upgrade they overcharge me now my bill is showing r1500 but the new upgrade is r249 and the amount that they almost took bounced back and now my account will go into arrears ive emailed 3times they only call but yet they can email me back and also change the amount to the corect amount r249. Why is your service this bad and ive a customer of you for 6years already.
