Bad service
I have taken my phone to MTN savannah Mall. The phone is a Samsung A30 which was malfunctioning showing signs of temperature. The store did nothing to my phone, instead they told me that I have dropped my phone into water, which is not the case, it's been a whole month since I have taken my phone in now. I need my phone back now, in it's working condition and no run arounds

30 Nov 2019, 20:53Actually the phone is in the store ,since last month and it is hard to pay something that isn't with you. Please I need my phone fix or replace as soon as possible. Life without phone ,is like living in hell even if I don't know he'll how it look like...
