Bad Service

I went to this MTN store on 05/02/2015 to purchase a cellphone cover, the store was quite full with customers doing upgrades, I asked one of the staff if I had to wait in line just to purchase a cover and I was told yes. This is unacceptable, I have been a loyal MTN customer for years, how can there not be one staff member that can assist a quick purchase of a cover?, I didn't have time to waste and wait in a line filled with people who are doing upgrades because I know how long it can take. I'm disgusted by this branches lack of customer service, the staff should be trained to have better manners. I ended up leaving and went to purchase my cover at Vodacom where I received excellent service. I'm a deeply dissatisfied customer.
