Bad service

I not happy with your service: I had a month to month router contract with you. I normally paid cash cause you guys were not debiting. On the 24th august 2024 i paid R269.00 which was gonna be for September data allocation. The service was stopped data wasn’t allocated i made query and i was told i paid late and data will be allocated the following month which will be October. I cancelled the service after was told that. Now i want my refund for the amount i paid cause the service was cancelled and i was never allocated data. Im told there’s no refund. I want my money back you guys didn’t give me any service for September yet i made a payment
