Bad service

My phone services got suspended on Saturday 09.05.15 and is still off up until today. MTN has not made any contact regarding why its even off in the first place I was not made aware of anything and was under the impression that it could just be a network problem that I was experiencing. On the 05.05.15 I received a random sms saying my services will be up in 2 to 24 hours, which is only when I found out that they suspended my services. I have spoken to two different people at the call centre and not could not provide the relevant information. I' am disappointed and frustrated and just want something to be done about it.
