Bad service

<p>had done an upgrade with MTN a week ago. The contract had an option to take a gear 3 watch for R139 a month. I required a watch with a heart rate monitor. The consultant I dealt with told me this watch does not come with a heart rate monitor. I have subsequently learnt that the watch comes with a heart rate monitor. I have been told that I cannot include the watch on my contract at this stage. I would appreciate it if I could allowed to have the watch for R139 a month as the decision I made was based on incorrect information given by the MTN consultant. <br />Thanking you </p> <p>M Shaikh</p>
