Bad service
<p>During the month of May I was phoned by a company outsourced by MTN for an upgrade of my 2 cell phones . we agreed on a contract but there was a problem regarding the delivery of the cell phones,they would promise to deliver and not deliver I eventually cancelled the delivery. I phoned the company CCI or ICC not sure who confirmed to me that the upgrade was cancelled but I discovered that MTN did process the upgrade I hve been trying to get the 2 new cell phone devices but I am being sent from pillar to post by MTN and this company. The numbers in question is ********** 555 and ********** 174</p>

20 Sept 2017, 09:18Since I lodged the complaint with MTN they never contacted me and are still billing me every month without addressing my problem that's arrogant they are. The complaint management team is so *********** its actually unbelievable. I think I should be allowed to terminate both my contracts because they were done without devices which are supposed to be part of the contract.
