BAD SERVICE

<p>i have been having problems with mtn for a whole year now and not getting any help, i decided to call this morning to sort it out, i spoke to a lady by the name of zanele at 11:20 , instead of helping me she started shouting at me, when i asked for her name and surname she refused to give me the name, we were practically aguing with hwer on the phone, how could you do such to the client, i mean i have been using mtn for years now.</p> <p> </p> <p>i honestly would not advise anyone to use mtn. they would say that you dont have airtime when trying to make a call or send a massage using mtn. the service is disapointing.</p>
