BAD SERVICE

<p>On the 10th June my phone was lost in Rustenburg Waterfall mall. I went to Mtn and reported it. I did a sim swap and blacklisted my phone. THis is after we searched for the phone and called my phone a few times. Later that night we were called by the person who found the phone and we then collected it. On sunday the 11th I went to the police station completed a avidavit did a certified ID and went to MTN to uplift the blacklist. I was told that this should all be done in 48 hrs. Wednesday I phoned MTn to hear why blacklist was not uplifted yet. I was told to phone the next day. In between Wednesday and Friday I kept phoning and even resend all documents to ********** and ********** Still to day 20 June my phone blacklist has not been uplifted. this is unacceptable and bad service. My reference is ITC ********** 3. Please help me as I am battling with an old phone I borrowed from someone and I am paying a contract on this phone</p>
