Bad Service

I have experienced the worst service at MTN Wonderpark in Pretoria North. I had to wait for 2 hours just to upgrade my phones. By the time they hand over the phones, I was already fed up and wanted to leave. I spent 2 hours in the shop, I arrived at the shop and went directly to the counter so they can help me, since there was no queue. But the whole process was a mess. I left the shop without my phones being setup and without having a copy of my contracts, the Hauwei person just gave us the umbrellas and she was not even there to help us, they had to call her first. Never go to MTN Wonderpark if you want to upgrade your contract. The MTN employees there, talk too much and hardly concentrate on their work. Extremely unhappy customer.
