Bad service

Regarding my MTN upgrade. I contact the MTN call center and also submit an online electronic application. I also contact the call center numerous times whereby the call center stating they will phone me back in 48 hours and I am still waiting. I submit a application on the 17 November but did not get any reply or response. Also sent follow up emails to customer care without any response. Reference number: ***7 and ***7
