Bad service

Bad service from Mtn, my mom took two phones from Mtn under contract, I'm the payer since the phones are for me and my girlfriend we paid very well 2-4 months down the line she got a call from their Telesales agent under ***,the agent informed my mum that since she's a good payer she qualifies to get a laptop and it's a once off payment of R399, but that was not true, cause my mum got a call informing her that since she took the laptop it's in arreas after paying the R399, then she asked how is it possible cause it was a once off payment as per the agent disgration, they told her that the laptop it's under contract for 3years,today she went directly to the store in Soweto Maponya mall MTN store, the service was very bad also cause they told her that they can't help her, since the phones are under the same contract if she doesn't pay they block our network which is incompitant cause we still paying the phones every month till next year 2023

The agent that sold false information to my mum must be responsible for the outstanding balance cause we won't pay it the agent is killing my mums profile

He must resolve this urgently asap cause this is ***** before I report this to the ombuds cause they might loose their license
