Bad service

I was unable to do a Sim swap because of a previous account I had with mtn. The mtn store told me to call legal department and arrange for my current account to be active since it was paid up to date. I tried calling the legal department all day today and there was no answer and my current number is still inactive because I'm unable to communicate with mtn legal department. The number I was given at the vangate store for mtn legal department was ***,it does not pick up during office hours at all. My contact number is ***. The number I wanted to Sim swap back to is *** please help
