Bad Service

We have made an application for Upgrade at MTN Middelburg Midwater on the 29-08-2019 they told us they will give us a call the following day, they did not I went to the store they told me they waiting for Line activation ...I cancelled the order I went o MTN Middelburg Mall where they told me they will Courier 2phones and a Router it was on the 5th of September 2019 I waited till today they tell me they will deliver next week its been a month while trying to upgrade whats happening with MTNs
