Bad service

I logged an incident last week on Friday that I don't receive calls on my mobile ***. After numerous calls the incident was escalated and got a ref: ***. I got an sms on Saturday at 5:03 "We are in a process of reactivating your service ,which could take between 2-24 hrs. I am still with out the service.
