Bad service

I paid for a month to month WiFi router that should have been delivered by DSV on Thursday as we scheduled with the lady I was on a call with, I knock off early to attand to it and instead my delivery doesn't come through, DSV reaches out and tells me that you guys have paused the Delivery for whatever reason which you guys DIDN'T COMMUNICATE to me, to say I'm dissapointed is an understatement
