Bad service

I submitted a claim for my lost phone on the 11/11/2019 till today not resolved. I called them every day but no success. I call their insurance line you speak to guys like Tsepo who have no respect for clients. One lady put my phone down. I regret why I am still with a useless service provider like MTN. We need to boycot them
