Bad service

MTN Clearwater Mall

I been receiving real bad Service from MTN from Clearwater mall, I opened up a contract from them on the 2nd of October 2021. I just received a concent form from them advising me about the contract I am provisioning with them, for the past few months I had to contact them about the Data I was supposed to receive each month which I never did receive at all, also the SMS's that the contract had stated I was supposed to be receiving each month.. It has been a battle for the past few months just to receive full compensation of my DATA and SMS. The way the customer service has been so bad I just want to cancel my contract and move over to another service provider that would give me a much better great service then MTN at clear water mall.. I have never received such treatment of bad service from other service providers but MTN has not even tried to calm the situation down but just make things worse, first no data for the past few months then they divide the data into two months and no SMS's, That is ridicule and inappropriate of such service provider.
