Bad service

I have been trying to sort out my account a week now. No one is answering 135! Then inboxed messaged them on fb, 3 days ago. Got a message saying someone will get to you asap. Till now no one has.

I knw staff is working from home but all other networks are answering and replying.

Why is there no one at mtn??
