Can someone from Mtn SA data contract call me back. My reference is 4a4aa0ab-0621-4da9-bca9-a81dc09d4cc5. I have been waiting for your call and no one phoned. Now my number is suspended I can't call using it. *** is my number please call me. I want to make an arrangement to pay for my data please

14 Oct 2022, 18:19An agent from Mtn sent me an email instead of phoning me. Her name is Akhiwekahle Owethu Makhaye. She requested that I send my payment plan via email which I did a few hours ago. I still don't have my data. Can someone give a better service from Mtn please. I cannot wait for this contract term to be over so that I can move to another provider.
