Bad service

I called your call centre after deducting an amount we I did not sign up for. No help whatsoever they just closed my enquiry with no solution. Was called for an upgrade and explicitly told them am not interested in any of their contracts want to cut ties, then boom this huge deduction. I just want to cancel this contract I am not happy at all. Sent an email a week ago still no response
