Bad service

I reported an issue with my LTE last year November an escalation was sent even now there is no feedback my LTE is not working im not going to pay anything further i want credit it has been 2 months now now data every time I call you guys just hang up pretending mot to hear anything the level of service if disgusting i will be taking this to to all social media platforms i wont pay for such ****ty service i have been patient but its enough since last year im not getting any help your agent's its like they are hungry when they answer the calls no empathy nothing zero soft skills enough now i want my money for the past 2 months this month u can kiss the moon im not paying and i want a refund
