Bad service

I took out insurance on a cellphone I took on contract with MTN 3 years ago . After 3 years without missed payment I put in a claim to have my cracked screen repaired. Phone was collected and fixed but immediately after I got it back the replaced screen fell off! I called mtn to have the phone picked up again andit literally took them 3 weeks to take the phinr back for fixing. It was one excuse after another. Disappointing honestly.
